3on3 Hockey was formed 10 years ago by Adam Bennett, former NHL hockey player for the Chicago Blackhawks and the Edmonton Oilers, and 2008 inductee of the Halton Hills Sports Museum. 3on3 Hockey brings vision of a spring/summer hockey league with a focus on non-competitive action and fun for the kids.

3on3 hockey is best described as "organized pond hockey", where kids can develop their skills in a spring/summer league that emphasizes fun over winning.
In 3on3 hockey, each team has three skaters and a goalie on the ice at a time, giving players considerably more time to skate and handle the puck. The unique rules, including no icings and no two-line offsides contribute to a fast, exciting pace and this wide-open format promotes creativity amongst players of all skill levels.
To keep the emphasis on fair play and fun, teams are balanced for equal competition, post-season playoffs have been eliminated and every player has a turn winning the 'Player of the Game' award.
3on3 Hockey by Adam Bennett leagues run from May to July and games are typically played on weekends (except holiday weekends; where possible).
Our leagues are currently available to both house league and rep boys and girls from novice to midget ages. Players may register as a team or individuals. Teammate requests are welcomed and every effort is made to accommodate the players.
